All delegates are recommended to ensure they have the correct visas and passport requirements to travel to the conference, see below for more details and guidance. Non-EU participants may require a Visa to enter the UK. To check if you need a UK Visa please visit www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa.

Visa Applications – Letter from the Organizing Secretariat
A letter of invitation can be requested during the registration process. Such an invitation is intended to help potential participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the conference to provide any financial support.
The letters will be sent manually after the participant’s registration is checked (and, where required, payment has been made) to ensure they have specified onsite attendance. Invitation letters will not be issued to those registering for online access only.
